Lead time
48 hours for spreads and trays, 72 for lox boards and brunch kits. Standing orders need a week to set up.
Delivery
Within 15 miles. Delivery fee by distance. 30-minute delivery windows, driver texts on the way.
Setup
Trays arrive sliced, labeled and ready. Add on-site setup and staffed bagel bars for larger rooms.
Payment
50% deposit over 50 people. Card or ACH. Monthly invoicing for standing orders.
