The verdict

Holds
Structurally sound.
The bagel carried the filling through bite, pull and a two-hour hold. These are what catering trays are built from.
Worth it
Messy, and correct.
It drips or needs a napkin, and you would order it again anyway. Candidates for Saturday drops.
Spills
We tried. It didn't.
The carrier lost. We show the failure, name why, and usually find a bagel that fixes it.
